How Buying Works

A simple, reservation-first process.

Reservation request does not reserve. Paid deposit reserves. Inspection confirms. Full payment releases. Records stay for four years.

The Reservation Path

  1. Request
  2. Deposit Invoice
  3. Inspect
  4. Final Payment
  5. Release
  1. 01

    Browse the Collection

Each listing includes photos, dimensions, condition notes, known flaws, and pickup details.

  2. 02

    Submit Reservation Request

The request collects buyer details and required acknowledgments. Submitting does not reserve the piece.

  3. 03

    Pay Deposit Invoice

The first paid deposit secures the reservation. Deposit invoices expire 48 hours after issue.

  4. 04

    Schedule Pickup or Delivery Review

After the deposit is confirmed, pickup or delivery review is scheduled.

  5. 05

    Inspect Before Release

Buyer or representative may inspect the piece before final release.

  6. 06

    Pay Remaining Balance

Balance is due before pickup, delivery, or release.

  7. 07

    Take It Home

Once inspected, paid in full, and released, the sale is final except where required by law.
